RPE is an independent partnership created by the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce and the community to educate our citizens about public education and advocate for public school excellence.

RPE is a citizen-led initiative that will meet the challenges, offer support, and bring fact-driven reasoning to public school improvement in Rowan County.

Educators' Express is now closed for the 2008/2009 school year. 
Thanks to all the teachers who visited us from September through May.
